Born in Pekalongan, on 1966. Married. Family: Budi Yuhartini, Adi and Bagas. Since SD till SLTA pass in Pekalongan. Since 1987 working in Kebumen in District Health Office of Kebumen, Central Java. In the year 1996 finishing Master of Political Science Program. Through ICDC Project-Ministry of Health’s fellowship program get Master of Health Care ( MMPK-UGM) till finish 2001.Since then, start taken an interest in developing .
