Work Satisfaction and Staff Performance
Staff’s work satisfaction represent factor believed can push and influence the spirit of staff’s activity. Efficacy of a staff in working, will directly influence his labour capacity later on the day. Factors able to generate staff’s work satisfaction, according to Burt, covering: ( 1) Individual Factor ( age, personal attitude and gender to work) ( 2) Factor of Relation of Between staff, what is including: relation of among manager and staff, social relation among humanity, auto suggestion from coworker, factor of physical and condition of workplace, emotion and situation of work. ( 3) External Factors, covering: family situation, recreation, education. existence of the Factors will improve motivation to staff to obtain;get storey;level of work satisfaction. Work satisfaction basically represent matter having the character of individually. Each;Every individual of staff have storey;level of satisfaction which different each other as according to desire and system of value which embracing of. More and more aspect in his work matching with desire and system of value embraced by a individual, excelsior mount satisfaction which got.

Armando, terimakasih. User Performance hampir selalu diukur berdasarkan data hasil test kinerja dari kelompok sampel pengguna. Set data kinerja tsb, sudah ditetapkan sebelumnya dengan memperhatikan waktu penelitian dan tingkat kesalahan pengukuran (Nielsen, 1993). Sedangkan kinerja berisi aspek-aspek yang akan diamati/diukur dari pengguna dalam aktivitas nyata maupun aktivitas yang disimulasikan.
